Schneider Electric opened the doors to engineers and students alike for their 2018 Innovation Summit in Sydney. The Summit showcased the latest technologies from Schneider Electric and invited delegates to discuss the sustainability of energy for the future. Utilising Congress Rental’s silent conference system, leading experts from Schneider Electric took university students through a tour of the exhibition to showcase their innovations.
Four separate tour groups ran continuously throughout the two-day event, with each tour limited to 20 delegates per group. Each tour leader was given a hand-held microphone and each delegate was given a silent headset so that they would not be disrupted by the background noise at the exhibition. The tours navigated the groups around each booth at the exhibition, with walls partitioning each booth.

Congress Rental technicians set-up and tested four separate silent conference systems throughout the exhibition space to support the four different audio channels. As the exhibition had partitions set-up to divide the booths, the technicians had to strategically place the silent conference radiators around the room to ensure that the signal would be perfect for the event.
Congress Rental technicians were on-site throughout the entire event to make sure each of the tours ran seamlessly and the event went off without a hitch.
