The one-day event included a board meeting attended by 33 English- and Japanese-speaking delegates, with an additional viewing and listening room for other Fujitsu employees. As a result, the event required professional simultaneous interpretation and live audiovisual support to ensure clear communication across languages and spaces.

Simultaneous Interpretation (SI) System: Full SI equipment installed, tested and operated for English and Japanese channels.
33 Push-to-Talk Microphones: Wired NG microphones positioned around a rectangular boardroom table for clear delegate interaction.
Dome Camera Integration: Pre-programmed to focus automatically on the active speaker, feeding video to both rooms.
Infra-Red Audio Distribution: Radiators positioned to deliver RF coverage to Bosch digital receivers.
Remote Viewing Room: Two 55″ screens showed live video and presentations for additional Fujitsu employees.
ISO-4043 Soundproof Interpreter Booth: A three-person booth installed to deliver professional interpreter acoustics.
Audio Recording System: English and Japanese feeds were recorded and delivered to the client post-event.
