Sebastian leads Congress Australia’s production for interpreting and live events, combining strong technical expertise with extensive experience in the events services industry. With a background in professional audio and audio engineering, he supports high-quality live event delivery. 

With over nine years of experience in the AV industry, Puneeth leads Congress Australia’s project delivery across Australia and internationally. He oversees end-to-end project planning and event delivery, while coaching and supporting the technical team to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Kevin supports Congress Australia’s growth, working closely with multiple stakeholders to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities. He generates inbound leads through targeted messaging and manages the coordination of projects, helping ensure superior communication and collaboration from first engagement through to delivery.

Ginnie manages Congress Australia’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day financial practices.

Lucas works within the sales team, combining strong technical knowledge with hands-on event experience. Having previously managed projects end-to-end, he brings practical delivery insights into pre-event planning, system design, and client solution development, helping ensure proposed solutions are both effective and achievable. 

Oliver is an experienced AV technician with strong expertise in conference systems, networked AV, and video solutions. He manages projects from start to finish and is a specialist in Avonic PTZ camera systems and integrated video workflows, making him a trusted specialist for technically complex events. 

Michael is an experienced technician specialising in Bosch Dicentis conference systems. He has successfully managed multiple projects end-to-end and is known for his strong knowledge of MVI and SI event workflows, ensuring smooth and reliable conference delivery. 

Jin is a rapidly developing technician with a strong background in live event delivery. He has worked across Dicentis, MVI, and Avonic systems. Jin brings strong Dante audio networking knowledge to the team, alongside growing expertise in AV networking and system integration.

Gaurav manages Congress Australia’s logistics and inventory nationwide, coordinating equipment movements across Australia and for international projects. He ensures all equipment is prepared, available, and ready for deployment, playing a key role in supporting the technical team and enabling smooth event delivery. 

Lluis leads Congress Australia’s Melbourne operations, overseeing day-to-day technical delivery and local logistics across Victoria. With strong experience in Bosch Dicentis SI systems, he supports both clients and technicians while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
