The Global Summit of Women is a premier international forum that brings together women leaders from business, government, NGOs, and entrepreneurship to advance women’s economic opportunities and leadership worldwide. In 2018, the Summit was hosted in Sydney, uniting female delegates from more than 65 countries for three days of plenaries, panels, and networking designed to accelerate women’s influence in business and economic policy.

Managing High-Volume Multilingual Interpretation
With seven languages and session-specific interpretation needs across multiple venues, the configuration demanded precise setup and real-time adjustments. The Congress Rental team configured language presets before each session to match attending delegations, ensuring each group received accurate translation services without delay.
Coordinating Across Multiple Rooms and Event Formats
The summit’s main plenary, breakout sessions, and gala dinner all required different interpretation setups, including booths placed high above seating areas to maximise audience space. Strategic booth placement and system design ensured seamless translation in the main theatre and banquet halls, while maintaining sightlines for interpreters and delegates.
Inclusive Dialogue Across Cultures
The Global Summit of Women connected women from around the globe over the three days by providing interpretation for each speaker. The event was a complete success, with all members of the Congress Rental team on-site to oversee the operation of the interpretation equipment.
