Navigating Complex Interpretation & Event Execution Challenges
Coordinating Multilingual Interpretation at Scale
ICANN64 required simultaneous interpretation across multiple languages in both plenary and breakout rooms, with clear audio delivered to delegates via personal headsets. Congress Rental installed multiple interpreter booths connected to dedicated control systems and infrared radiators throughout the venue, ensuring seamless access to interpretation for all sessions.
Collaborating Effectively Across Borders
Logistics and system configuration were complicated by international freight into Japan and language barriers when navigating Bosch system interfaces. By partnering closely with Dorier Japan, whose local expertise and labour support were invaluable, the team efficiently managed delivery, setup, and configuration to ensure smooth system deployment.
Clear Communication for a Global Policy Community
The interpretation solution ensured delegates at ICANN64 could fully participate in discussions, workshops, and breakout sessions in their preferred language. The combination of international technical expertise with local execution capacity enabled the delivery of a professional, high-quality interpretation setup across the event’s multiple rooms and days.
