Supporting High-Level Government & Business Dialogue
Congress Australia supported four high-profile events across three Melbourne venues during the official visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Conference, simultaneous interpretation and multilingual audio systems were deployed across four venues on the same day, supporting Prime Ministers, senior government representatives, members of parliament, business leaders and the media.
The events were distinct but interconnected. At Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, the Australia–India CEO Forum used two independently operated conference and interpretation systems across separate rooms. At Marvel Stadium, Congress Australia supported Modi Meets Melbourne, a community event celebrating the bond between Australia and India. At Government House Melbourne, the team supported joint press statements and a press conference with interpretation and dedicated media feeds.
Delivering four events for government and community clients required specialist equipment, stock depth and technical teams capable of operating across the city at the same time.

Seamless Multi-Venue Delivery
At the Australia–India CEO Forum, Congress Australia deployed two independent Bosch DICENTIS conference and interpretation systems. The main forum room included an interpreter booth, infrared transmitters and radiators, 90 interpretation receivers, 40 wired DICENTIS microphones and two DICENTIS Multimedia Devices for the Prime Ministers of Australia and India. A second session room used a separate interpreter booth, a dedicated DICENTIS conference system and 275 interpretation receivers, allowing both spaces to operate independently and concurrently.
For the joint press statements and press conference at Government House, Congress Australia supplied an Audipack interpreter booth, Bosch DICENTIS interpretation equipment and separate English and Hindi language feeds for media distribution. Dante audio networking integrated the system with the media-feed equipment, while technical personnel coordinated booth operation, infrared distribution, conference-system operation and media configuration on site.
Supporting Modi Meets Melbourne at Marvel Stadium, Congress Australia provided 100 interpretation headsets for delegates, an interpretation booth and in-ear headsets for each Prime Minister. Beyond this, Congress Australia facilitated smartphone language streaming for wider multilingual coverage.

Managing Logistics Across Multiple Melbourne Events
Four high-profile events were scheduled across Melbourne on the same day, each with distinct conference, interpretation and media requirements. Crews and equipment had to be allocated across three venues, additional stock had to be transported from Sydney, and the team needed to respond to short-notice changes without disrupting any part of the program.
Detailed planning and close communication between technicians and project managers allowed the team to allocate resources effectively and respond to last-minute requests while delivering seamless solutions across all venues.
