Congress supports XeroCon with Silent Safari

XeroCon 2017 drew crowds from all over Australia as it showcased the latest innovations in Xero’s accounting technology at MCEC in Melbourne. Each silent theatre featured both a pre-recorded video source and live presenters that spoke to the audience.

A total of 4,000 delegates sat side-by-side at the silent theatres, each listening to a different channel and watching a separate screen using their silent headphones. Participants were able to choose their desired session prior to the start, and then move to another session after it had finished. Each silent theatre featured both a pre-recorded video source and live presenters that spoke to the audience.

Congress Rental tested each silent theatre prior to the beginning of the two-day conference and covered the room with plenty of signal to ensure an error-free event. Congress Rental technicians also cable-tied all 4,000 receivers to each seat to ensure that there would be no headphone losses.
